Shipping and Exchange Policy

Introduction

KSAC Multispeciality Ayurvedic Hospital (KSAC) provides Ayurvedic medicines, wellness products, and supplements to patients as part of prescribed treatments. This Shipping and Exchange Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of products and exchange of items where applicable.

Shipping Policy

• Orders will be processed only after confirmation of payment.

• Standard shipping timelines may range between 5–10 working days depending on the delivery location.

• Delays due to courier services, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond KSAC’s control.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of placing the order.

• International shipping is subject to availability and additional charges.

Order Tracking

• Once an order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared with the patient/customer.

• KSAC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

Exchange Policy

• Products once sold are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, in compliance with healthcare and safety guidelines.

• Exchange is allowed only in the following cases:

• - Wrong product delivered

• - Product damaged during transit

• - Packaging tampered or expired items received

• Requests for exchange must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with proof (photo/video) of the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened or used medicines, supplements, and wellness products.

• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

• Items purchased under discounts or special offers.

Process for Exchange

• Contact KSAC support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• Provide order details, proof of issue, and request for exchange.

• Upon verification, KSAC will arrange for replacement of the product, subject to availability.

• In case replacement is not possible, store credit or refund may be provided at KSAC’s discretion.
