How does an Ayurvedic consultation work?
Your consultation process will start with a deep dive into your history and understanding everything about you, post which our senior doctors assess your health using classical Ayurvedic methods and modern diagnostics . Based on this, a personalized treatment plan is designed.
Do you offer complete packages?
Yes, we provide short wellness packages (3 - 7 days) as well as longer condition-specific therapies (2 - 6 weeks).
Are your treatments safe with allopathic medicines?
Yes, our doctors carefully review your prescriptions and design Ayurvedic therapies that safely complement modern medicines.
Do you offer both inpatient and outpatient care?
Yes, KSAC provides both options. You can consult as an outpatient or choose inpatient admission for intensive care.

What is the consultation fee?
Consultation charges typically range from ₹500 - ₹1000 depending on the doctor’s seniority and a standard Rs ₹200 is charged for registration regardless of the doctor.
Is treatment covered by insurance?
Yes, KSAC is empanelled with several private insurance companies. Cashless - Reimbursement and reimbursement options are available.
Do you give cost estimates in advance?
Absolutely. After consultation, you will receive a detailed estimate for your therapy or inpatient package.However prior to consultation without knowing the severity of the case no treatment protocol will be written and thus no costs can be shared in advance.
Patient Experience
Are the therapists male or female?
For female patients it will be female therapist and for male patients it will be male therapist. There will be no cross massage.
What kind of rooms do you provide?
We have a General Ward, Single room, and VIP rooms with modern amenities.
What diet is given during inpatient stay?
We provide freshly prepared, Ayurvedic meals tailored to your treatment plan.
Do you provide multi language support for patients?
Yes, Our staff members can effectively communicate in English,Hindi,Telugu,Tamil,Kannada and Malayalam so as per your comfort - a staff member can be assigned to guide you.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, tele-consultations and follow-up video calls are available for national and international patients.

What is the process for admission?
Admission requires doctor’s advice, basic documentation etc. It will truly depend on the kind of admission of the patient for eg - Insurance patient will have a different procedure to a non insurance patient . Our staff will assist and guide you throughout the process.
Do you provide support for international patients?
Yes, we help with accommodation for patients and attenders, custom clearance certificates for our medicines and post-treatment guidance.
Are your medicines manufactured in-house?
We use a mix of in-house classical formulations and high-quality GMP-certified Ayurvedic medicines.
Can I buy KSAC products separately?
Yes, we provide herbal oils, herbal teas and other medicines recommended by our doctors. This is available for purchase at our pharmacy.
