Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

At KSAC Multi-speciality Ayurvedic Hospital (KSAC), we value your trust and are committed to ensuring transparency in our processes. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which appointments, treatments, and services may be cancelled or refunded.

Appointment Cancellations

• Patients are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Failure to provide timely notice may result in the consultation fee being non-refundable.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future appointment bookings.

Treatment and Therapy Cancellations

• For pre-booked treatment packages or therapies, cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• In case of emergency medical reasons, rescheduling may be allowed subject to doctor’s approval and availability.

• If a patient discontinues treatment midway, no refunds will be provided for unused sessions.

Refund Policy

• Consultation fees once paid are non-refundable, unless KSAC is unable to provide the scheduled consultation due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Treatment or therapy package fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after internal review and approved by KSAC management.

• All refunds will be made through the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days, where applicable.

Special Circumstances

• In case KSAC cancels or reschedules a session due to operational reasons, patients may opt for either a full refund or reschedule without additional charges.

• Refund requests citing dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes will not be entertained, as Ayurvedic treatments vary based on individual conditions and compliance.
