From enquiry to clinical plan in four clear steps.

No app to install. No complicated booking portals. A doctor-led process, built around the way patients actually seek care.

Fill the form with your name, phone, and primary concern. Attach any medical records to help the specialist prepare.

Step 2

Our Team Reaches Out

Within one working day, a KSAC patient care coordinator contacts you via WhatsApp to confirm your slot and share the call link.

Step 3

WhatsApp Video Call

A secure video call with the specialist whose Center of Excellence matches your condition. Reports reviewed live on screen.

Step 4

Visit If Needed

If your case needs Panchakarma, Kshara Sutra, or vertebral correction in person, your full record carries over to the hospital.

Secure and Private
Why Video Consultation

Clinical answers, without the wait.

Some decisions cannot wait for a flight or a day off work. A video consultation gives you direct access to a KSAC specialist when you need clarity quickly. No apps to install. Just WhatsApp.
  • Get a clinical read on your reports before travelling for treatment
  • Follow up with the same doctor who started your treatment
  • Families abroad can join the call alongside elderly parents
  • Get a second opinion before surgery from a specialist, not a generalist
Built for Families

Manage care for loved ones, from anywhere in the world.

Adult children in the US, UK or Gulf can sit in on the consultation alongside their parent at home. Three-way calls help when the patient needs support understanding the treatment plan or making a clinical decision.
Your video consultation record carries over completely. If in-person care is needed at Banjara Hills or Koramangala, your doctor already has full context. No re-explaining your case from scratch.

The KSAC Difference

Evidence-Based Ayurveda.
Not wellness. Healthcare.

Every KSAC treatment is tracked against modern diagnostic markers: VAS scales, mobility percentages, MRI deltas, blood biomarkers. If a protocol does not show measurable change, it does not stay in the plan.

Adults or children from all around India, also located in the US, UK or Gulf can sit in on the consultation…..

Common Questions

Before you book.

After you submit the form, our patient care team contacts you to confirm a slot. At the scheduled time, your specialist initiates a WhatsApp video call. The doctor reviews any reports you uploaded, discusses your condition in detail, and provides a clinical assessment. No special app or software is needed.
Video consultations are clinically appropriate for first assessments, follow-ups, and second opinions. Your specialist will be transparent about whether your case can be managed remotely or requires in-person admission for protocols like Panchakarma or Kshara Sutra.
Whatever is most recent. MRI or X-ray for spine and joint cases. Blood work for thyroid, diabetes, or autoimmune concerns. Prescription history if you are on long-term medication. If you have nothing, we still take the call and advise what diagnostics to get done locally.
Most first consultations run 30 to 45 minutes. Complex cases or those involving family members may take longer. Follow-up calls are usually 15 to 20 minutes.
Yes. After your call, you receive a written summary with the recommended treatment direction, expected duration, and whether your condition can be managed remotely or needs inpatient care.
Yes. We regularly treat patients from the US, UK, GCC countries, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Video consultation is often how international patients begin before planning an inpatient stay in Hyderabad or Bangalore.
Absolutely. Your video consultation record carries over. If you decide to visit Banjara Hills or Koramangala for in-person care, your doctor already has full context. No re-explaining your case.
