Diabetes is a condition wherein your body is unable to convert the sugars in your blood leading to increase in the values. Mentioned below is a quick exercise which you can try from the comfort of your homes which will help in reducing your sugar levels.
Sit in a forward position on a chair with your back upright and raise your foot onto your toes and back down flat, this motion of contracting and releasing your calf muscles will help with your high blood sugar. Do this for 5 mins continuously,multiple times in a day to see results.The best part about this exercise is that you do not need any equipment and can do this anywhere,anytime.
